Messages – Student

To send a message to your tutor, simply navigate to the Messages section from the left-side menu on the Nurtem platform. Once you’re there, you’ll see a “Select/Search a Tutor Name” dropdown on the right side of the screen. Click on that dropdown and select the tutor you want to message.

Once you’ve selected your tutor, you can type your message and hit “Submit” to send it directly to them. Your tutor will receive the message instantly and be able to respond to you as soon as possible.

Students can use the Recent tab to review their past conversations with their tutor, making it easier to remember important information and stay on track with their coursework.

This feature is particularly useful for students who need to ask questions or seek clarification on specific topics outside of class time. By messaging their tutor, students can get the help they need when they need it, without having to wait until the next class.
