The Nurtem academy is run 24/7, the digital campus depends upon a tutor and your course. the past classes are available on the site 24/7. You have to re-visit your videos at any time.

2. Is there is any age limit for being a student?

3. What to do if you aren't receiving course emails?

4. Which language the courses are?

5.Can I cancel my membership?

It depends on the tutors. as a student, you need to evaluate your knowledge. It is a pure milestone-based class, for each achievement your going to gain a reward.

9. Can I download an academy videos to my computer?

It is like a window classroom. it means doesn’t full of videos. if there is a video maybe download is possible depends on the tutors.

10. How to get refund or cancel classes?
If for any reason you don’t like the class or if the schedule does not work for you, you can always request for a refund, we will process the request and refund you the fees within 24 to 48 hours.
11. Is there a trial class available?
Trial classes can be arranged for specific tutors. If you wish to take multiple trial classes , before finalizing on a tutor , you can contact us via suppot@54.187.22.120 , with the following information: class you wish to take, tutor preference, your available time slots and we will get back to you.
12. Is there any referral bonus?
If you refer someone to Nurtem and if they sign up for a class, contact Nurtem with the details and you will receive a referral credit, which can be used for your tuition.

About Our Services

How to reach Nurtem Work?
Joining Nurtem is a very simple process. Please select “Create Account” from our website. You can use Facebook, Google or Email to sign up. This will take you to the User Dashboard. Here you can add your dependents and search for classes.
For Non-US based tutors
  • Payment will be transferred to the bank account of tutor’s choice
  • Tutor has to provide the bank account information to Nurtem by sending mail to support@54.187.22.120 (after creating their profile)
  • Pls send the mail with following information:
    1. Name (as it appears on the bank account)
    2. Name (as it appears on Nurtem)
    3. Mobile phone number
    4. Nurtem profile id
    5. Name of the bank
    6. Bank branch where account is held
    7. Bank account number
    8. Bank IFSC code
    9. Fee per class (Please specify currency as well – USD or Rupees etc)
  • Tutors usually share this information immediately after creating the profile. But some tutors choose to wait for the first student to sign up for class with them and then provide the bank account information to Nurtem. Both are acceptable but sharing this information early helps minimize the delay from our end to send the payment to tutors.
  • If there is any change in payment accounts, pls do contact us immediately.
  • We are working on integrating additional ways to receive the payments and will inform you as soon as they are available
  • If you have a special request, to receive payments through alternate mode, please discuss with your Nurtem support partner you are working with or mail to support team (support@54.187.22.120)
How to enroll in a class?
From the user dashboard you can search for classes or use “Explore classes” from the menu . You can check the class availability from the list of tutors. If you cannot find slots for a specific tutor, you can always contact us via support@54.187.22.120 and we will help you book a class with the tutor of your choice. Alternatively you can send us information about the classes you are looking for , time slot and we will connect you with the available tutors.
How to pay for the class?
Select the class you want to enrol in , add the class to the cart. Go to the cart in the menu bar, in the top right corner of the page. You can choose the number of sessions, dependent and pay. Only after you pay will you be able to take class with the tutor.
Is the payment secure?
Paying via Nurtem is completely safe and secure. We use Stripe to handle the payment processing. Your credit card information is not stored or processed by Nurtem. Stripe is used by many leading e-commerce platforms. Please visit here for more details : https://stripe.com/customers
