Nurtem.com offers a window classroom experience, not solely filled with videos. If a video is available, the possibility of downloading it depends on the tutor’s preference.

10. How can I request a refund or cancel classes?

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the class or the schedule doesn’t suit you, you can always request a refund. We will process your request and refund the fees within 24 to 48 hours.

11. Is a trial class available?

Trial classes can be arranged for certain tutors. If you’d like to take multiple trial classes before deciding on a tutor, you can contact us via support@nurtem.com with the following details: the class you wish to take, tutor preference, and your available time slots. We will respond to your inquiry promptly.

12. Is there a referral bonus available?

If you refer someone to Nurtem, and they sign up for a class, simply contact Nurtem with the relevant details, and you will receive a referral credit that can be applied towards your tuition.

About Our Services

How can I reach Nurtem?

Joining Nurtem is effortless. Simply choose “Create Account” on our website and sign up using Facebook, Google, or Email. This will lead you to the User Dashboard, where you can add your dependents and explore available classes.

For Non-US based tutors

Payment will be transferred to the tutor’s chosen bank account. After creating their profile, tutors need to provide their bank account information by sending an email to support@nurtem.com, including the following details:

  • Name (as it appears on the bank account)
  • Name (as it appears on Nurtem)
  • Mobile phone number
  • Nurtem profile ID
  • Name of the bank
  • Bank branch where the account is held
  • Bank account number
  • Bank IFSC code
  • Fee per class (Please specify the currency – USD, Rupees, etc.)

Tutors usually share this information immediately after creating the profile. However, some tutors may choose to wait until their first student signs up for a class with them before providing the bank account details to Nurtem. Both approaches are acceptable, but sharing the information early helps minimize payment delays from our end.

If there are any changes in payment accounts, please contact us immediately. We are also working on integrating additional payment methods and will notify you once they are available. If you have a special request to receive payments through an alternate mode, please discuss it with your Nurtem support partner or email the support team at support@nurtem.com.

How do I enroll in a class?

From the user dashboard, you can search for classes or use “Explore classes” from the menu. Check the class availability in the list of tutors. If you can’t find available slots with a specific tutor, feel free to contact us at support@nurtem.com, and we’ll assist you in booking a class with your preferred tutor. Alternatively, you can provide us with information about the classes you are looking for and your preferred time slots, and we’ll connect you with the available tutors.

How do I make payment for the class?

To enroll in a class, select the desired class and add it to the cart. Proceed to the cart by clicking on the cart icon in the menu bar’s top right corner. Here, you can choose the number of sessions, dependents and complete the payment. Once the payment is made, you can start taking classes with the tutor.

Is the payment process secure?

Rest assured, paying via Nurtem is completely safe and secure. We use Stripe, a trusted payment processing platform, to handle all transactions. Your credit card information is not stored or processed by Nurtem, ensuring your privacy and security.
