Payment Features – Tutor

At Nurtem, we understand that different students have different payment preferences. That’s why we offer the option to pay offline, in addition to our online payment options. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make an offline payment on Nurtem:

Step 1: On the left side menu, click on the “Payment” option.

Step 2: Select the student you want to make a payment from the “Enrolled Student” dropdown menu.

Step 3: After selecting the student, the pending amount will be listed. Double-check to make sure the amount is correct.

Step 4: Click on the checkbox next to the pending amount to indicate that you want to pay this amount.

Step 5: Click on the “Pay Offline” button to initiate the payment process.

Step 6: A pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to make the payment offline. Click “Yes” to confirm the payment.

Step 7: Once the payment is successful, a pop-up will appear saying “Offline Payment paid successfully!”. Congratulations, you’ve successfully made an offline payment on Nurtem!

Step 8: If you want to double-check the payment status, select the same student from the “Enrolled Student” dropdown menu again. The paid amount will remain at 0 if the payment was successful.
